Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Leyang Minimalist Barefoot Trail Running Shoes - Lightweight & Comfortable for Men and Women by Cesar Danger

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Good Price Poor Durability

Update: These shoes are not durable at all. I had less glory to use 30 miles in a week. One of the side heel straps has torn and the seams have come undone. In addition, the outsole is already showing signs of wear in some places. I'll leave the rest of my original review, but be aware they aren't meant to last forever. First rating: Good. ordered and worn for a while. Initial images are good. They seem well made, light and very comfortable. If you are looking for an affordable alternative to expensive sandals I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ideal for moderately difficult routes and hikes. The upper is made of a neoprene-like stretch fabric with inserts made of other materials. The lacing system was good and the base material is nice and light. They fit like a glove. Many people compare them to water boots. They definitely have a resemblance, but they're a bit more stable. The rubber outsole with lugs is great for hiking or trail running. Thick and stubborn. Not sure about durability yet but so far they seem great. The main reason I recommend them for moderate trails is that they don't offer enough toe support or protection. A more minimalist/barefoot approach is great for people who need this feature, but for more challenging or longer hikes I can recommend something more substantial. All in all a great shoe for barefoot walking at a great price.
