These were super cute, but even xs was way too big. Wearing a belt worked for me, but I had to hike them up pretty far so that 4 inches wasn't dragging on the ground. I'm 5' 0" and have a 25" waste, so maybe I don't have much room to complain about most clothes being too big. I knew by checking the size chart that they might be a little bit big, but usually xs means they fit a person like me in many clothing brands. Also there was a strong chemical smell. I assume from the ink because they were significantly lighter after the first wash, but after washing them several times the smell hasn't gotten lighter and I have to wash them separately so that they don't make my other clothes smell.
