This was a hassle for me as I don't like leaving negative reviews but at this point I'm so tired of going to the seller again and again. I've gotten 18, 20 and 22 inch buns hoping my hair would be a little longer and the only bun that did was 22 inches and that's because you're a good 2-3 Have to cut off inches to make the ends look like decent, they are thin, dry and brittle and just look sloppy, I will try to attach a photo. Anyway, at the end and the fourth they first tried to fix it by selling me a shorter set than I even bought for half the price lol and that was just stupid to me. Instead I asked if I could refund half the price of this pack which I had already bought as 2 out of 3 of my sets are practically worthless as I received them all lengthwise. They replied with regret the best we can do is 15%, I agreed but wasn't happy and it was a hassle to even get it anyway and wasn't even worth it. Thought I'd just share my experience, there was a lot more back and forth than that, but that pretty much sums it up. I personally will not buy from them again.
