Review on ☕ Highwave TEAMo XL 16 oz: Ultimate Mug for Teamwork and Extra-large Drinks by Adrienne Gonzalez

I bought this without a strainer so I quickly bought a second one. On the first try, the lid mechanism came loose and the tea spilled, and I burned myself instantly. I thought maybe I didn't tighten the lid as tight as I should, so I said a second time would be adorable. But then when I tried to look at the mechanism I noticed that it wouldn't engage. I've since burned myself 2 more times in less than 1 week using this. Needless to say, I'm returning both. They were bought to replace the summer version of the Teavana which unfortunately recently fell and broke. The main difference is that in almost 10 years of using it I have never burned myself.
