I replaced my T12 buzzer ballast with this one and voila, no more buzzing! Anyone unfamiliar with swapping out a T12 for a T8 might be a little nervous if the wiring looks different. I know I was a little concerned. A little googling gave me the answer I was looking for. My T12 ballast had 2 blue wires and 2 red wires going to each bulb on one side and then 2 yellow wires going to the other side for both bulbs. The trick here was to combine 2 blue wires from the light with 1 blue wire from that ballast, connect 2 red wires to another blue wire from the ballast and connect 2 yellow wires to 1 red wire from the ballast. Black and white for power were the same, so there was nothing complicated here. Attached is a photo of an old T12 ballast with a wiring diagram to clarify.
