My physical therapist recommended I try these to relieve odd hand positions at night which can contribute to elbow (golfer's elbow) pain. They seem to have the best value for money. The cheap ones were awful, felt like giant styrofoam balls inside and just uncomfortable. They really feel like pillows of support for your hand and wrist. Unfortunately, I sleep very lightly, am very sensitive at night and sleep warm. . I had to send them back because I just couldn't sleep with them on. I really think they are about as good as they get. Maybe I'll try again when it gets colder. Still a 5 star product.
