I like that it's simple enough for people without programming experience who are looking into virtual tours but also has more advanced options if you know what they're doing! It can be difficult at times figuring out how things work though so we've had some issues getting our clients' sites up right away when needed (especially in regards to SEO). We use this product primarily as an interactive 3D tour option rather than just static images - which makes sense since most companies want something other then stock photography/images from Google Street View etc.
