Runs extra large! I usually wear a 11 too, but based on previous reviews I ordered a 10.5. WOW! The shoes would easily fit a foot size of 11.5 or 12. Very large. It was a few hours before an important meeting so I didn't have time to run to the mall, instead I put on my thickest winter socks so I could walk comfortably in my shoes. It worked, thank goodness. plus sides. You looked great! Nice soft material on the outside and definitely an eye catcher. When ordering I would recommend taking 2 FULL sizes (not half) smaller than you normally wear. Or be prepared to throw on thick winter socks to drive these boats.
