These beauties hold a charge for a very long time. I've been using all 3, all of them for the first time since the beginning of May. So far there has been no loss of brightness or interference with motion detection. They are very sensitive to movement, you don't have to wave your arms to get light. Two in the bathroom, one in the kitchen. Only one is currently installed. It was easy to install (using the sticky option), but it doesn't seem to survive being moved. Hence the hesitation/waiting for others to install it. I was concerned about our dogs turning on the kitchen light, but it's at such a height and angle that it wasn't a problem. For what they are designed and advertised for, they rate 5. I would like them to do two more things. I wish they had an angle adjustment. And I wish they had a Stay On setting (like a flashlight). They don't, but then they aren't portrayed as if they do. So 5 stars. And the search for "What I really want" continues.
