Bad pins on ethernet cables

It took me some time to find the reason why my internet speed dropped from 1Gbps to 100Mbps. It took me a few tech support calls and a visit to an ISP specialist at our home to resolve the issue. They found it was all caused by this faulty product, it might have been better if this thing just didn't work at all, but the part work and wasted time and labor is just so disappointing, it shows how the manufacturer isn't working pay attention to quality.. !
