The water tank could not be removed. It didn't spin as advertised. I tried warm water for 2 minutes. I know a smart guy said you can put water in the hole at the bottom. But I think the tank needs to be taken off to clean with soap and water. I even contacted support. But it gave the same "instructions" on how to open it. My advice is don't buy this! Originally 1 star! To update. I give this 5 stars. After several contacts with the support team. I have a backup The water tank can be easily removed for cleaning. The device is easy to clean, easy to use, and since it's portable, I can take it with me in my suitcase when I travel. I recommend this irrigator for the quality and price.
