Good afternoon. I put instead of a Mikrotik that had served faithfully. After Mikrotik, the setting seemed like a game in the application, I can’t even believe that everything is so simple and clear. The reason for the replacement is that recently on Mikrotik one of the frequencies constantly fell off for a short period, then 5, then 2.4 will fall off for several. seconds, then recover. it was terribly annoying. Resetting to factory settings, ating the firmware of the current version did not solve the problem (maybe I'm of course cross-handed, but there was no desire or strength to understand further). Installation and connection of the M5 took about 10 minutes maximum, everything is extremely simple and clear: connect - wait - ready. Really so. Now in the 3-shke, L-shaped layout, the Internet is everywhere. After reconnecting all the devices, I was even surprised by their number in the apartment. Phones, tablets, TVs, computers, laptops, a music system, there were already 19 devices. At any point in the apartment, all devices work without problems, failures and "dumps". As they say, set and forget. Really very convenient. It’s also great that you can buy any mesh device at any time (not necessarily the M5 series too) and connect it to the existing network.
