I've wanted to try Alpina for a long time. So after I got my first Alpina, my wife liked it so much that I ordered the same for her. We've both only worn automatic watches for the past 30 years, but were really looking forward to a hassle-free quartz experience. This watch looks really good. You get 60m water resistance. You also get a screw-down crown and a sapphire crystal. All high-end watch features. The dial here is really well made with a silver finish, small diamond hour markers and a date window at 6. It has a very nice stainless steel bracelet with a deployant clasp. With a diameter of 37 mm, this is not an elegant ladies' watch. This is a small statement. What I love most about it is how versatile this watch is. It's just as cozy on the beach as it is at a nice dinner. Highly recommended.
