Our son is sensitive to corn and as such cannot tolerate most formulas. We switched him to this Alimentum RTF medication after it was recommended by a gastrointestinal doctor. He has worn it very well and it costs a lot less than Alimentum RTF. It can be lumpy and difficult to mix. I make a large portion in the blender in the morning and use the liquid throughout the day. It's just easier, but probably not essential. Also someone mentioned the smell. I personally find it much more tolerable than other allergy specific formulas like Nutramigen.
