First, I create simple piano compositions using several music production software. There's Bluetooth lag, but for basic playback it's not scary. It might not even be noticeable unless you're picky like me! The great thing is that I can just use their wired instead of wireless instead of having to worry about messing around with a wired pair, which is nice. The sound quality could be better, but I think at $50 it's a dream come true for anyone on a budget who wants to work smart. Battery life is EXTREME on both pairs I own. Some days it seems to take longer than others, but that's how life works. I easily spent 4 days with almost 16 hours of use on it and charging it was an afterthought. This was with automatic noise reduction turned on. The only problem is that they are finicky when charging and get VERY hot when charging. I use my iPad Pro's charger (probably best NOT to do this as I have no idea what the difference is in the reviews) and surprisingly it heats up less. It loads better too. I don't know why recharging is such a difficult task, but since it's important, I'll drop a star. In fact, I give them a solid 4.5 stars. They work VERY well considering their price and if anyone is thinking about having headphones to block out the sounds of life then this is the right place.
