Considering the price I was really nervous because you don't normally get a hair removal kit at this price but I love it! I had no problems! The set included 4 packs of wax balls, lots of application sticks and small cups. The beads are for different things and they are working great so far! The instructions are very clear and helpful. I also watched YouTube videos because I'm better visually and that helped too! It worked great and the heater was perfect and worked great! I've only used it once so I'll update if anything goes wrong, but so far I'm loving this product!
