First of all great packaging. I opened it and felt like opening a well made product. Plus, it's incredibly easy to set up. I have an xbox one x and he told me right on the pads which ones i need for the x. Fits well, feels snug and the fan works wonders. I've only turned on the fan once (in the Xbox) since I bought it and that was only when playing 4k at 60 fps and that was also because I forgot to turn on the fan built into the device. As soon as I turned on the charging station fan, my Xbox fan turned off within 5 minutes and stayed cool. The controller's batteries charge in a reasonable amount of time and I put them on the charger when I'm done playing so they haven't died on me yet, which is cool. Highly recommended. I've used others and this is my favorite so far.
