It keeps time very well and reliably. I've had it for a few months now and the timing remains reliable and accurate. I tried to scratch the crystal but to no avail; (I connected an electrical plug to a plaster wall textured with very sharp, hard little dots of plaster in a cramped space). After that there were no scratches on the glass. I put the clock on the bedside table and waited for it to stop. It took 43 hours and 43 minutes to stop him. This was after normal average wear and tear on my wrist. I didn't do any special hand wrapping before putting it on. I think if I wind the watch all the way it could last the full 48 hours that it says on its specs. I think it's a very good power reserve for normal wear. When I put it back on my wrist it all started and all I had to do was just put it on my wrist. I noticed that when I put the watch back on my bedside table the next night without winding it, the watch stopped while I slept. So I have to conclude that once the watch is fully wound up to the stop, it's good to wind it back up by hand. I do this by pushing the crown forward (the tip of the crown moves back when I wear the watch) until the crown pulls out. I was told the internal movement is ETA 2836 which is also used in Ball watches and Damasko watches. ETA also manufactures various movements for Tag Heuer, Sinn, Omega and Swatch watches. Thus, the internal mechanism is of high quality not only in its performance, but also in its performance. I put the watch on a chronometer, an instrument designed to measure whether a watch counts seconds or not. The number of seconds lost or gained varied from mostly zero seconds to minus one second and briefly up to 9 seconds. The 9 second variance only happened once and only lasted for a few seconds right after I moved the watch when the watch was still suppressing momentum from the movement. Basically, every day, according to the timekeeper, the clock went from zero to two or three seconds. In the world of mechanical watches, that's very good. I tested the watch face up, face down, and perpendicular to the ground, and the variances were fairly consistent regardless of position. I am pleased that this watch shows the time consistently. Within a few months I noticed that the time is very stable when I'm moving and wearing the watch. I feel very comfortable to say that this watch keeps time reliably. Aesthetically, the watch has the visual flexibility to work well in both casual and formal settings as it sparkles less in normal (dimmed) light and more in brighter formal light. Jade, jade is very comfortable. In the past I have felt uncomfortable with another item from another company using this jade because it has been chemically treated. However, I don't feel that way about this jade, so I conclude that it is a healthy natural jade that has not been chemically processed. The inner structure of jade corresponds optically to jadeite. The only way to verify if it's a jadeite is to send it to the GIA for testing, but I didn't want to be away from the watch for that long. So I am satisfied with the power reserve and the work of the watch. I feel it does a great job of saving time. They are beautiful and can be worn for both casual and formal occasions. The only criticism of the watch is that the gold on the bracelet can take on a copper engraving depending on the light. This is one of my favorite watches and I wear it. often with confidence in his looks and reliable timing. As for removing or replacing watch strap links to fit the watch strap to your wrist, I have this piece of advice: use tools specifically designed for the purpose. I had to order pin removal tools and then wait for them to arrive in the mail. Be careful not to let the pins fly off in an unknown direction. To save a lot of time when fitting your watch band to your wrist, use a small piece of tape or similar device to mark the side you do not want to remove any links from and remove one fewer link than you think that you have to remove it. if you want to avoid a too tight fit. This is because removing the wrong number of links and/or removing from the wrong page can take a long time to resolve the issue. Keep in mind that the links (and pins) next to the watch case are different sizes, so it's probably best to remove the links next to the clasp and not next to the case. Typically, a person would push (with appropriate pressure and no impact) with a pin removal tool and the pin would pop out within a few seconds. The pins holding the belt links look like regular tensioner pins. Chiyoda didn't place directional arrows on the inside of the links, so you need to know which side of the roll pin to press to remove the pin. This is the side with the little knob, not the slightly larger side of the needle which is the slot side. In connecting the links, the pin is inserted in the opposite direction and the shape of the pin is inserted with the reverse orientation from the orientation required for pin removal. So, to pull out the pin, press on the pick. To insert a pen, press the slot and slide the pen back. .Another tip: mark the barbed side of the pin with white paint so you don't have time to re-examine the pin for the nub side every time you start removing the pin. see. Love it. Beautiful, comfortable and unusual!
