The level of support from the team at the company is excellent. There are always friendly faces in the office that you can reach out to if you need help with something. The software itself has great functionality and it works well as a perimeter firewall/proxy. I have not had any issues with the software itself. It's easy to configure and use. It does what it says it will do. If you need a firewall or proxy server, this is definitely worth looking into. We're using it to block certain sites that we don't want our users accessing.
