It’s always useful to wear black leggings in cold months, whether on its own or as a thermal layer under your trousers. However, it’s not cold yet, so I can’t comment on temperature protection, but I used it one day with a long tunic on top. While it looked nice and it’s not see through, it’s itchy. Legs are too long for my 5’5”, but hips are a bit too tight for my regular size 4. Legs can be cuffed, no big deal, and it can loosen up on the hips with regular use too. I’m going to give it a few washes, to see if it stops the itchiness. So far, it’s an ok garment. I’ll have to wait for lower temperatures for a review of this review.
