So I just kept going. But never stopped my cats from scratching. So I bought a scratch net (spray) instead, which works. My cats were still scratching and licking it for some reason. Now I thought they should get used to it. I left it for 2 weeks because people are coming to visit us and of course I don't want my whole couch covered in duct tape. I just bought this sofa and I like it a lot so I want it to look nice. Well, now I have big squares from the cassette on the couch. So just great. So be careful, your cat probably doesn't care and will be scratching anyway, getting rough quickly (which is to be expected since they have double sided tape) and leaving squares on your couches where you left them.
