The key fob breaks off
I've only had my bag a few months and the key fob is already torn. I just put my key on the key chain and leave it on and then I close my bags. I rarely take it off and put it on, so it's even more surprising that it's already torn. Otherwise it's a good product and pretty light for my sore back. Sherpani products are generally of excellent quality.
