They also work well alongside other agencies in order to ensure that overall projects run smoothly. I'd say their project management skills need some improvement - sometimes it can be difficult to get hold of someone when you're not sure whether or not you've spoken to them previously! We've had good success using Baycreative as part of our internal creative department which has allowed us to keep creative control over each campaign's direction.
