Review on ๐Ÿด Coronet Medium Weight Wide Port Weymouth Bit: Optimal Comfort and Control for Equine Training by Charles Salgado

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Especially recommended for a sensitive horse with a small mouth or little space between tongue and palate.

I can't tell any difference in shape between this and the $200+ Sprenger Weymouth on the other snaffles in my inventory. Maybe a little lighter which is perfect for my sensitive Arabic. Very durable and heavy enough to feel good. If the reins are too light, you need to compensate by making more contact with the reins. Too heavy and the horse falls behind the reins. Curb bits can be quite heavy, so this is the ideal amount for a sensitive horse that won't get contact if it's too heavy. With a 14mm French Link Bradoon, it fits perfectly in my Arabian horse's small mouth. He has no trouble closing his mouth, breathing and swallowing.
