I like that they update their software so frequently - very often! This makes it easier than ever before when troubleshooting an issue or trying something new out in our environment (both internally & externally). There are times where we have had minor issues but were never able fix them until more recent updates made some changes possible/possible again. Also sometimes things don't get updated as fast (or at all) because people forget about old releases even though you've been using said release forever. If someone asks me what my favorite thing was while working there this would be one answer; constant innovation from not only within themselves but also partners such as Wrike who share feedback which then helps us see exactly how far off track anything may seem!
