Pros: The pillow arrived on the promised time. The price is reasonable in comparison with analogues. The cushioning on the outside is very comfortable. Cons: Unfortunately I haven't been able to use a wedge for sleeping yet. When I took it out of the box I had a chemical smell that gave me a headache. It wasn't strong, but it was enough to give me problems. My husband wasn't bothered by the smell so this may not be a problem for everyone. After a week of airing it seems to have lost its smell. Another issue is that there is no protective cover like a pillowcase to keep out sweat etc. This is not a defect of the product, but it would help if the seller added one or made one available for purchase.
