Review on 🌧️ COVERGIRL Professional Waterproof 225 Packaging: Stay Flawless in any Weather by Robin Detwiler

Finally a mascara that darkens lashes and defines eyes without clumping or big ugly mascara drips. If you like dramatic or heavy makeup, this product is not for you. I find it very easy and quick to use. No need to wipe brush or lashes to remove excess mascara. I love the natural (but enhanced :-) look it offers. 5 stars for application and appearance. On the other hand, it tends to migrate to my lower eyelid skin. Wiping with a tissue will remove most of it from the skin. That's why I didn't give 5 stars. - If I only apply it to the upper lashes, I don't have this problem. Pretty hard to take off. Waterproof mascara remover on a cotton swab works well. I haven't tested how waterproof it is. If I do I will update the review.
