This is so terrible even for an updated product, it has glue on the wire and every connection, the battery shows 70% at first and after a few seconds it says only 30% left. Then it turns off! Who costs over $90 to buy this? The microphone is also broken. After I complained to customer service they were very helpful and helped me to replace it. The condition of the next item is pretty good. They also offer me a free shipping fee. Customer service is great! That's why Amazon stock is rising.
