Great for keeping my hands free
I was looking for something to keep my hands free but with a visible phone screen. I don't use this for training but I use an under armband and it works great. It slips easily into the cradle and I hold the phone to my chest when unlocking it so I don't drop it. I'm sure others can do it with one hand, but the new phone is a little more cautious. I also like the case and the ring is great for both supporting the phone and providing a more secure finger hold.
