I bought this before I went on vacation and I'll say yes, that is the best, buy it! I knew I'd look great with this on vacation, but it also keeps my thighs from chafing! I ran 6-8 miles a day in this thing and was so happy my juicy thighs weren't covered in plump skin. Patches: I'm 5ft 7in, 185lbs and bought XL/XXL. to address a couple of things I've read in the reviews here: 1. Yes, the first time I wanted to wear them I thought "This doesn't fit at all!". It's wearable. Like all shapewear it will feel too small, don't worry it will stretch! Yes, when I first put them on my legs were a little tight and twisted. After I broke it a bit, it didn't reoccur. Why I Love It: I have a natural hourglass figure, but I have a terrible muffin top. It helps smooth everything out. My side profile was the most dramatic. And like I said, it really helps with thigh rubbing. I wore it all the time in Japan and China during the summer and I think it really helped with the sweating. The material is very breathable and absorbs moisture. Now to Europe! Feel free to buy!
