The shoulder bag is still very new. I just bought it about 1 month ago. I can't confirm the long term quality but it won't wear down or break with careful or initial use. Bags stretch a bit when you store things in them, so this can be a good or bad thing depending on your personal opinion. I find this useful because I tend to set content for my day to day life so designing the bags to match their content is not a problem. If you hold the bag by the handle instead of the strap, the bag will not hold its shape cosmetically. After all, it's a soft fabric that flexes depending on your weight distribution or where you're holding the bag. It's no problem if the look isn't 100% your concern and just wear it on your belt even then. Overall: very happy with the bag, now I use it daily for work. It contains a laptop, a small lunch bag (looks like a kid's lunch box) and a few other items and maps.
