Very long. - my new rating
My granddaughter is 39" and had to trim the hem 2" to fit her ankles. Otherwise they fit great. They are not warm as they are only Lycra. I wore them with my Halloween costume. EDIT: I washed these leggings once and the color has faded from the fabric. I come back. GARBAGE!
Pros
- I liked the way they fit and look. However, after the first wash I was very disappointed with how they fell off.
Cons
- Didn't fit, very thin
