The ability to connect via API’s which makes it easy to integrate into other applications such as Salesforce etc.The support team is very helpful when you do have issues or questions. Easy integration of custom fields using Apex classes. This also enables you to use 3rd party data connectors to enrich your system further (if needed). It does take some time getting used to how powerful this tool can be but once that has been achieved there are many ways it could be improved. Some of our more complex flows still require quite large amounts of code. Also sometimes we would like to see changes in realtime if possible so perhaps something can be done here? We use archivallink to store documents for all departments within the business including sales proposals, RFI's, product feedback forms, customer contracts and much more.
