Review on ⌚ Universal Straight Stainless Watch - Super J by Darnell Golden

I bought this bracelet for a Seiko Taucher 6309. Seiko has 22mm bridge spacing and the strapcode Jubilee fits perfectly. The width of the bracelet tapers from solid links measuring 22mm wide to a buckle measuring 18mm wide. The end links are designed to use the 2.5mm thick spring bars included in the kit. A note: the tips of the included handlebar are smaller than the lug holes on some vintage Seiko divers. They will work, but won't fit exactly. The outer links are brushed stainless steel with polished ends and the inner links are polished. The buckle has a matte finish (to better hide those inevitable scuffs), with a deployant clasp and button closure. There are three customization settings. The links are attached with strong bolts and as usual I checked and found that they were all tight and not a single one had snapped off. I ended up removing two links to adjust the bracelet to fit my 7.5 inch wrist. I also recommend applying some low to medium strength threadlocker (like Loctite) to the screws. The bracelet is very comfortable and feels solid without being too heavy. Personally I think the style and weight complement the diver well but some may prefer the Oyster style which I have on another diver and are considering elsewhere. In any case, the bracelet is well made, with great attention to detail. The shutter works smoothly and clearly. I had no problems with pinching. This is a great bracelet at an amazing price. Strapcode makes a wide range of bracelets and straps so there is sure to be one or more to suit your needs. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.
