Improving air quality

My room is in the attic with a sunroof and fresh air only comes in when I open it. I have a lot of dust in my room so it's basically a dust magnet. This air purifier has successfully reduced my sneezing problems due to dust. Not sure about the UV light, I think it might just be a trick but it definitely removes dust particles in the room.
