It fits perfectly in a queen size bed although the duvet doesn't fall to the floor like in the photos. I immediately washed it in cold water on low speed and it held up very well in the washer dryer. It still feels soft. not too fat. The only thing that bothers me is the pretense. I can already see some stretch in my back after attaching pillows (if you have really big fluffy pillows they might not fit), but that's easily fixed so I'm not overly concerned. On the other hand, the plush fox included in the kit is very cheaply made. It reminds me of something someone made in an arts and crafts school.
