Update: The seller was very quick to respond and sent me a new armrest which was fine! Thank you for your quick help.————One of my armrests had a noticeable dent in the leather right at the front where you can see it. I worry that this will become a big problem ie. a tear that never ends. The armrests don't click into place either, which is very annoying as I like to sit cross-legged. I don't have an issue with the width even though I'm only 5ft 3" and 200lbs. I'm Asian so I don't have a problem with wide hips. I love this chair but I'm pretty sure I'll have issues with it just like any other brand that carries the same chair. The leather on the seat seems to be of good quality, but the plastic parts are bound to break soon. The wheels are bad and almost do not move on the linoleum. I think I will have to replace this chair at some point. Seems cheap. The lumbar support is very uncomfortable and I find it better to use under my feet in the seat.
