Iats has always been very customer oriented and they have helped us with any questions we've had. Their support team is fantastic! In the last few months our merchant account went down for almost a week. The support team was able to get it back up within an hour but it really put us off using them. Our current account manager has been amazing and has helped make sure everything runs smoothly. If you’re still managing your own Merchant Services, they offer excellent rates compared to others. We manage all of our direct payments through iatrs payments. They manage our accounts payable/receivable, ACH transactions and we pay our taxes on time each quarter. The benefits include that the rates are very affordable and the service is very efficient. It is also very easy to use. I would like to see more online resources to support my needs. I use the website and the mobile app to process payments. I am very happy with the service that iATS has provided. I am able to use the website and the mobile app to process all of my online payments.
