Waistband and too long
This dress has an elastic waistband around the stomach which is too tight and uncomfortable. The dress is also very long for a 5 year old with an average weight and height of 70 percent. I could hem the hem to make a headband, but fastening the elastic for a $22 baby dress is too much.
