Does exactly what you want in an inexpensive, no-frills protective case. The first thing that drew me in was the decision NOT to use pastel or flashy colors. I'm a quiet guy; I want a quiet building. Dark gray is perfect for me, but if you like more color in your life, there are more options than Apple gives you (and at a lower price!). The case closes securely but discreetly around the four corners of the iPad Mini 4; If you look directly at the screen with the lid open, you can hardly tell it's there. The lid works just like Apple, folds behind the iPad or slides up to support the iPad in landscape mode. When closed, it works just like Apple's again, putting the iPad to sleep with the screen off. You open the lid and the screen turns on immediately. For a case at this price, you get exactly the same features as an Apple case: nothing more, nothing less.
