was damaged. I had no problem following the instructions and installing this on my new iPad. You just have to be very careful with the placement. Take your time to make sure it's lined up correctly before dropping it onto the iPad. I enjoyed running my finger across the center of the glass as instructed and watching it turn black as it magically stuck to the iPad. There were two very small bubbles near the home button that I managed to get rid of. Would buy again.
