These flip flops fit fairly well and are a pair of EVA foam flip flops with ankle and heel straps for everyday sandals. I bought these to give my legs a little breathe while standing at a table and working. The soles are much thicker than traditional flip flops and even provide some arch support. After a little adjustment (mostly on my part as my feet have adjusted to the shoes) they are comfortable enough to wear all day. I can modify them to add more arch support, that's easy enough.
