The black and white pattern looks the same as the picture. I like this brand because the buffs are more generous. I have a big head and neck and this one just goes. I wear it around my neck all day. At night I wear it folded in half under a CPAP mask so the wearers don't leave a mark. I can also put it over my eyes and ears so I can sleep better. My husband likes these too. (my head is 22 1/2" and my husband's is 24 1/2"), it may cost more but it's worth it. I bought about six different models and colors and they are all great.
