Very pretty, but the interior paint is not aged.

Very cute napkin holder. Nice vintage finish on the outside but not the same rustic finish on the inside. Not conspicuous with napkins inside, but definitely noticeable in the crockery compartments. A little disappointed but I still like it and am happy with my purchase. Have had compliments from guests. Holds the Vanity Fair Daily napkins I get at Costco great. They are 6.5 x 6.5 inches.
