Installed these on my son's 2007 Honda CRV. Before installation, we drove his car to the garage door to check the brightness and light spread of the old headlights. My son was very worried about being "the guy" with the blinding headlights. We ran the same test with the LED lights installed. The lights are much brighter and whiter (white instead of blue). A good surprise, however, was the fact that these LED lights were actually more focused and less likely to blind oncoming drivers. He drove with these lights last week last night and the difference is amazing. I would say his ability to see the road has doubled. It's also easier to see the full width of the road, but because the headlights are focused (they strike at the level of the headlights of most oncoming cars), so far no one has "flashed" them, suggesting that they are others driver does not blind. The light is insanely bright. In any case, caution and consideration is required when using the high beam. Installation took about 15 minutes. We had to make a few small cuts in the rubber boots that prevent the headlight assembly from getting water/dirt inside. These small cuts (at 12 and 6 o'clock) allowed us to slip the rubber boot over the base of the LED light and get a perfect seal.
