It seems to be a good shoe but it is very small! Unfortunately we have to go back. See image for a comparison of this size 13 shoe on the right and the size 13 Target Tap shoe on the left which is much larger. She has a rather narrow foot and wears a size 13 in Capezio (ballet), Linodes (jazz) and Bloch (other tap shoes) as well as her street shoes and she always wears her dance shoes with tights so it seems the sizing isn't right with this one special brand. Other than that, they appear to be good shoes, but it's hard to tell because she couldn't wear them at all. Order one size and they should be fine!
