The product is good but does not work with the Xbox One stereo headset (double ear with microphone arm). The tip doesn't touch inside and the microphone doesn't touch. Only the right ear works. For those who read, red is the right ear, blue is the left ear, white is the microphone, and black and copper is the ground. The labeling of this plug also does not correspond to this circuit diagram. The video on the connector is where the black and copper wires go, and the white is where the ground on the connector is.
