Easy to read hands. The digital display is difficult to read, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. You should use these small digital windows for functions like stopwatch or timer. I like that it's a relatively clean face for a G-Shock. Many models have very busy screens. I just wanted something that could take a beating and tell the time and not look like it was from the 80's. This one suits me. I swapped out the strap for a more comfortable NATO strap using an aftermarket adapter. But the original band is honestly not that bad. It would probably be nice if I wore it until it broke. But I already have many NATO groups that I sometimes change.
