I bought it together with "on the cloud" shampoo. You only need a little of each. For the record, I have straight hair, which is usually considered "good," but I have a lot of it. Not fine hair by any means, but there are places where I turn grey, it's a bit coarser. The ends of the hair are somewhat brittle (dry). it was always flat when I stopped drying, processing, styling my hair - all for a year in 2020. This air conditioner is weird. It doesn't last long and doesn't give the same smoothness as other conditioners. I know it's a mask. but it says you can use it for everyday use. So when you wash it off, it doesn't feel as soft as you are used to after intensive care. In fact, my hair almost felt rubbery or stuck to it with an odd tug as I ran my hand over my head in the shower, I can't describe it. It scared me at first, but I kept going. After a week of shampoo and conditioner my hair is so soft! Even my crispy ends softened. The scents are good, nothing amazing or repulsive but I think it helps my hair health.
