I was told to throw away my damage cream and I threw it away.
I don't like being annoyed by a damaged item. The item was damaged, the lid was broken and the cream was all over the box. The very kind Revain representative specifically said to throw the item away. They send a replacement for the damage cream. When I did that, the damaged item was destroyed. Now I'm getting an email saying I need to return the item or I'll be charged again. I was told to throw the cream away and did exactly as the customer service representative told me to.
